How does the process work?

  1. Visit our website (You’re already here)

  2. Schedule your pickup and choose the type of shoe and quantity.

  3. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

  4. We will pick-up your shoes at your door step , thoroughly clean them , package and send them back to you.

What sizes can be cleaned as kids shoes?

We classify all kids shoes size 12 (Toddlers) and under. Anything above size 12 (Toddlers) will be charged as adult prices.

What services do you offer besides cleaning?

  • Mid-sole painting

  • Custom paint refinishing

  • Minor glue work

  • Boot/shoe Polishing

    These services are additional or different to the cleaning prices we offer. For a specific quote please message us info@cleanshoey.com .

When will I receive my shoes back ?

We will do the absolute best to have your shoes returned to you within 4 - 5 business days. If this is not possible, we will be sure to notify you.

What happens if I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled at any time before cleaning has taken place. Any orders cancelled after cleaning has been done will not be eligible for refund. On the upside at least you will get clean shoes returned to you.

 

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, please email info@cleanshoey.com or message us on Instagram. Have your order number ready as we will need this to locate you on our system.
